Our hole processing service achieves high-precision machining by selecting the appropriate drill based on the specifications of individual products and making various changes to processing conditions. For small diameters of φ0.25, we use uniquely designed drills with specific tip angles, twist angles, web thickness, and groove lengths, allowing for machining with a positional accuracy of under 30μ.
